STAT. 1-18-101, et. seq., that the certain Real Estate Mortgage, dated March 2, 2010, which was executed and delivered by TILTON READY MIX, INC., Mortgagor, to MOUNTAIN CEMENT COMPANY, Mortgagee, will be foreclosed by a sale to the highest bidder for cash or immediately available funds at a public auction of the premises described below and described in the Judgment Against Tilton Ready Mix, Inc. and Kenneth Tilton & Order of Foreclosure and Sale of Mortgaged Real Property ("Judgment") and Real Estate Mortgage. The sale will be conducted at public venue by the Laramie County Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff at the Laramie County Courthouse located at 309 W. 20th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon (10:00 am). TILTON READY MIX, INC. defaulted on the terms of the Secured Promissory Note, dated March 2, 2010, the account, and the Mortgage securing said Note and account, and as of April 13, 2012, the undersigned claims an outstanding balance of $870,451.63, plus attorneys' fees, costs expended, and accruing interest. Interest continues to accrue on the unpaid amount at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum. The property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale and any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid.
